The problem
A reservation needs to fit the requested seating area, time and number of guests.
What I set up
A voice assistant gathers the reservation details. The booking logic considers the requested area, time and party size before the reservation is recorded or handed over.
Configured the voice agent to collect the booking details.
Connected the conversation to the GoHighLevel reservation process.
Worked on seating rules and tested the booking logic.
The difficult part
Party size and seating area both matter when taking a reservation.
Collect those details in the conversation and use them in the reservation rules.
